Sleep tight with magnesium glycinate

An alarming 60-70% of Hong Kong residents have insufficient levels of magnesium, according to a recent Government study.

Low levels of magnesium have been associated with increased levels of stress and anxiety – culprits known to sabotage sleep. Tell-tale signs of magnesium imbalance include twitching, cramping, headaches, and sugar cravings – all of which can exacerbate sleep issues.
