To encourage holistic health in body, mind, and spirit, we now offer a range of holistic fitness and holistic healing practices at IMI. Some are offered as group classes; and one-on-one private sessions are available.
Developing a Personal Practice
One way to become more empowered and responsible for the state of your health and achieve optimal well-being is to develop a personal body-mind practice. This type of practice, such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gung or Mindfulness will connect you more deeply to what is occurring in your body, mind, emotions, and health.
Often such practices have spiritual roots, but an effective body-mind practice can be developed without following any spiritual tradition.
At IMI we recognize these type of body-mind practices are fundamental to your optimal healing journey, and so we will be offering classes in holistic practices.
