Living in a fast-pace city like Hong Kong can be stressful. Stress can take a toll on the quailty of your sleep. If you are experiencing tension, racing heart, or not able turn off your busy mind at night, you are likely too stressed to sleep soundly. While common sleeping pills may be effective at solving your sleep problems in the short term, many of them are associated with side effects and after-effects.

Homeopathy can be very effective in treating insomnia and the underlying stress and anxiety, when the right remedy is given based on the descriptions of the issues you are having. Join Registered Homeopath Mina Weight to find out more about the safe, effective, and inexpensive therapy in Homeopathy. In this free health talk, Mina will explain the basic principles of Homeopathy, how to choose the right remedy and how to take it.
